Very friendly I have been dealing with a rattling car for over 1 year now, and the Service Advisers have been very pleasant and sympathetic toward my issue. After getting corporate headquarters involved, the service and helpfulness to resolve my car's rattle have been excellent. I have no complaints about how nice everyone has been. My only complaint is that I shouldn't have to go to the service center nearly 10 times within the first year of owning a brand new car. But my most recent service visit, they helped me with getting a rental car and did everything they could to make sure that my car rattle issue was resolved. More
