took five hours to buy a car cash....they knew I was coming. From 150 miles away I got to the dealership at 9am to purchase a car that I'd only seen online. Was supposed to have been detailed and leather seat repaired. Neither was done. Detail was only started upon my arrival. Actually got the first test drive in the car a little before noon. (3 hours after I got there.) Dennis Risher was the best part of the transaction. Will Stacy was another bright spot. I did get a small decrease on the price because of my trouble. (I asked for 500 and they agreed.) Finance manager tried to get that back on warranties and other junk. When I declined he told me the check would be mailed to my Credit Union. I told him that would be fine. (Sounded like a threat!) More
