I've dealt with many service associates during those years and have been very satisfied. However, my recent experience with Lionel Hernandez far exceeded them all. Lionel cheerfully met me immediately when I arrived with a smile on his face and an I-Pad in his hand. Although I had numerous complex concerns, he understood perfectly, taking copious notes as I spoke. Then he accurately repeated everything I said back to me for accuracy, which gave me great confidence that all my needs would be addressed precisely as I described them. He called me throughout the day to keep me informed of the progress of my job and because of his cheerful and friendly manner, we made a great personal connection.When I picked the car up at the end of the day, everything was done exactly as I had requested. So impressed and confident was I with Lionel's attention to detail & professionalism that I returned the very next morning with my Tacoma which also had multiple issues that needed to be addressed, asked specifically for Lionel, and the job was completed with the same result. Kudos to Dick Dyer for hiring such a knowledgeable professional who is also a first class individual! It was a pleasure working with him and I look forward to my next visit. More
