Dick Dyer Cares - Ask Me How I Know! My experience started with Amber Suber from the internet sales team and she connected me with Zach Robinson on the sales floor. Ironically, he was the guy that met me at the door upon my arrival, not knowing that he was going to spend the next hour with me working a miracle. Long story short, Zach had the time, patience and understanding for my situation. These attributes were evidently the same core values that other local car lots failed to exercise. At the end of the day, I drove away in my new 2020 Toyota Camry on the last day of 2019 feeling like I was the 1 millionth customer, on Customer Appreciation Day. No hassle. No stress. No fluff.
