Not as good as previous experience I had a 10:40am appointment and the garage door was closed when I got there. It's usually open and someone comes immediately to provide service. This time once they open the garage door and I drove in I had to get out of car and go to counter and was told to go and stand at my car until someone could assist me. I never had that experience before. I do appreciate that the service did not take more than 45 minutes. More

I was contacted by 3 dealerships and after reviewing all of them I landed at Dick Dyer and went in to “look” and we all know how that goes. JC spent the first 3 hours going over the 4Runners with me and being ever so patient. He worked really hard on understanding what I wanted and liked. We knew we didn’t have perfect credit and they were able to get us the financing we needed and still keep my payment where I needed it. Our finance guy, Mr. Carter was great too and really answered any question I had. I didn’t feel pressured to add on a ton of extra warranties that I didn’t need. He made it a point to understand what we needed as far as the payment goes and found us some coupons to help us out. It was a long day, but totally worth it because I walked away incredibly happy with an amazing 2020 4Runner that I am so excited to drive! More
