Best Lifetime Buying Experience I just picked up my new 2020 4Runner Limited yesterday at Dick Dyer Toyota. My first contact with the dealership was with Elizabeth Rabon in the Inte I just picked up my new 2020 4Runner Limited yesterday at Dick Dyer Toyota. My first contact with the dealership was with Elizabeth Rabon in the Internet Sales Department. At 71 years of age, I no longer have the energy and patience to endure the "now situation" frequently generated in a typical automobile sales experience. I explained all of this to Elizabeth up front, and my attitude did not deter her for a minute. She assured me that she could find the vehicle I wanted at the right price, and that most of the transaction could be done by email. Elizabeth found a few vehicles in her trading area for us to consider and provided us with good "out the door" prices on each. But then, my wife and I decided on a different color. This presented a new challenge since there were only three such vehicles in the entire southeast region and they were not in the dealer's typical trading area. After a couple of days, Elizabeth found exactly what we wanted and Dick Dyer's locate manager arranged to get the vehicle. We negotiated a very fair sales price with absolutely no hidden costs, and the rest is history. I would highly recommend Elizabeth Rabon and Dick Dyer Toyota. I'm not an easy person to deal with, but this ended up being the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would also like to commend Kendall Decker for the time and patience he demonstrated when completing the paperwork and showing me all the vehicle features. Even though this was not his sale, he treated me as though I was his personal customer. I would definitely recommend Kendall to those who want a more traditional, face-to-face car buying experience.
