I’ve been waiting all day today for your used car manager to contact me since he was off yesterday but he still hasn’t shown up to work. That Brake caliper retaining pin almost caused me to wreck my truck while merging onto hwy 26. It was like shoving a stick into bicycle spokes the way it locked my front tire up. I thought I ran over something big but saw nothing in the road behind me. It all made sense once that mechanic pointed it out to me Wednesday. Luckily my two small kids weren’t in the truck with me then. It’s not safe to have on the road but I can’t afford to have all four brakes replaced for my own peace of mind because of the questionable work by your service department. Certified used Toyota’s are supposed to be safe and reliable.
