My service rep was simply awesome, knowledgeable, warm, detail oriented and (most important) caring. Mr. Lionel Hernandez greeted me with a smile, was familiar with my hometown and got me in and out in a speedy time frame. He gave me details of what was going on with my vehicle and made sure the pricing was fair. Bathrooms were clean, waiting area equipped with good lighting, internet service, vending machines and free coffee. William Calloway from the sales team is also very helpful as well. Thank you Toyota for 50 years of service in our community. Much appreciated! More
