BEST SERVICE PERSON YET I came to Dick Dyer around 07:35 am not realizing they opened at 7;00am and had to be to work by 8:30am and courtesy ride was about 45minutes to retur I came to Dick Dyer around 07:35 am not realizing they opened at 7;00am and had to be to work by 8:30am and courtesy ride was about 45minutes to return. Lionel suggested I come back and he would get me an appointment. Long story short I got off early to get it done. Lionel took my ticket immediately, and about 30 minutes later they came looking for my key( another person had got them from me). They located it and my car was done within about an 1.5 wait for an oil change. Lionel's friendliness and promptness made it a wonderful experience nonetheless and I will definitely be back. More
