Best Service I've Received in 30+ Years! Simply put, I have a Subaru that I took to the Subaru dealer down the road, they identified an issue (pretty basic, but debilitating) but refused to h Simply put, I have a Subaru that I took to the Subaru dealer down the road, they identified an issue (pretty basic, but debilitating) but refused to handle the issue. My wife and I have a Toyota as well and have dealt with Dick Dyers service department in the past (Jason, Service Manager specifically) and they have always bent over backwards to handle any issue we've had...I gave them a call as I left Subaru (very close to closing time I might add) and Jason said "no problem, bring it over." They stayed beyond normal hours to remedy the issue and get me back on the road safely...like I said, simply the best! Additionally, we've taken our Toyota there for standard service since we moved here from up north and Jason and his staff are always professional, courteous, and kind...I can say for sure our next vehicle purchase will be from Dick Dyer Toyota (and I hope they keep this level of professionalism for years to come). More

He is the most an ultimate, temperamental, kind and professional service rep at Dick Dyer I have ever dealt with. If he ever leaves, I will do the same. I bought three new vehicles from this dealership(dealing with the former Rick Player) throughout the years so trust me, I will leave and spread the word, even if I have to mention Victor’s name on the daily TV News Stations and in the State Paper for others to leave. Victor is hard working and definitely deserves a raise for bringing in the abundant of loyal customer that only want him to take care of their vehicle and car problems.
