Tonika and Clyde went above and beyond what I thought was normal protocol (because that’s what I’ve dealt with before at other places) to help me find a car that I really like, and then worked with me to get the hand controls put in so I could drive it. I even had a great experience with the finance department! That’s unheard of in most cases. But I really liked working with Zac and Bob too. From start to finish, I never once felt pressured or had a bad feeling or experience. They took care of me, and I am beyond grateful. I recommend this place wholeheartedly, especially Tonika and Clyde. Dick Dyer is just the best! More

When I brought my vehicle in for preventative maintenance Daniel Peterson and his staff welcomed me with a smile. When I inquired about possibly repainting a portion of my Camry Jason in finance sought out the opportunities and efforts needed to have my care worked on and replenished. He also gave me a good upgrade to my existing maintenance plan. Teresa at the front desk greeted me (as usual) with a smile and kind words. Daniel Hartness also went out of his way to ensure the car which received a small scratch will be taken care of. Overall great customer care experience as usual. Thank you !! More

I purchased new from this dealership in the past with great success so this is why I took her there. Finance dept called 4 days after we purchased and wanted us to resign and backdate contract to Oct 31 after we signed on November 2nd saying we could not get the special finance rate even though it is all over their website. We told them no that is illegal and have not heard from them since. After sending this review we got a phone call from the finance department saying the managers took care of everything and thought we had been contacted letting us know. Needless to say my daughter said she will not be returning here to purchase again after such headaches. More
