Service Department Experience It was the one of the worst experience I had dealing with the service department. My appointment was 4;30 October 21, 2019. I was there for a oil chan It was the one of the worst experience I had dealing with the service department. My appointment was 4;30 October 21, 2019. I was there for a oil change. I did not leave the dealership until 6;00. The service representative did not let me know what was going on the entire time until i went there around 5;30 and ask them what was the status of my vehicle. I only live 10 minutes from Dick Dyer Toyota but I will never take my vehicle there again. I will make the 30 minute drive to Jim Hudson Toyota! More

I was able to compare, their pricing with other dealerships I received, the emails were backed up by phone calls, from different people at the dealership. Once I made the decision to go to the dealership, I wanted to look at other vehicles and they extended the Internet pricing on all vehicles I looked at. They were able to get me better financing than I had, and we were able to close the deal. They offer GREAT maintenance programs, and really bend over backwards to give you the deal you want. I was glad I bought from Dick Dyer Toyota and am looking forward in the years to come to having my service work done there. More
