Two hours to do 20 min of work It took 2 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and battery install. I made an appointment, but apparently that has no impact in whether your service It took 2 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and battery install. I made an appointment, but apparently that has no impact in whether your service is done timely. Service advisor came out after the first hour and told me the service was just about done but I needed a new battery. I then waited for another hour and went to find the advisor. Miraculously my truck was just being finished. So either it took an hour to install a battery, or it dat back there for a while. Advisors response, what did you expect, it is a busy day. More

Overall it was a great in-person experience, as it always is when I visit the Toyota dealership, cant say the same when I call the 1-800 number. More
