Dwight helped my wife to get to know all the tech stuff in her new Prius and made sure she was comfortable driving it before leaving the dealership. Jennifer Hanby was excellent setting up the deal for me electronically. I did not have to go to the dealer at all until the day I picked up the Prius. That is how it is supposed to work in the 21st Century. Unlike many other dealers they want to waste my time just to go in to do something that can be done electronically. More
