Huge cost discrepancy Went in for my 30k service (a service orginally free w purchase of the casr..but i had missed the deadline). Anyway, on the website the pricing starts Went in for my 30k service (a service orginally free w purchase of the casr..but i had missed the deadline). Anyway, on the website the pricing starts at 99$..when i made my appointment i was told it would be around 150$, i get there for the appt a few hours later & im then told it would be 450-500$. Either get call center people who actually know what they're talking about or give them access to more accurately quote your customers because that type of price discrepancy is ridiculous. As i was not expecting to spend that extra 350$ that day, i left without receiving all the 30k services i needed and was told i would get & even with reduced services spent 150$ more than i was told initially. Other than working w Mr Reeves who was very friendly and informative, i honestly felt very disappointed & ripped off. I probably would not return to the dealership for my maintenance needs (as i had intended to make DDT the only place i went for servicing) JUST because of the huge price discrepancies..if my own car dealership cant quote me with any type of accuracy & the services are slightly higher than elsewhere anyway then whats the point of continually bringing my car there?! More
