She has a great personality for the job and helped us through the paperwork process deciding if we wanted to go forward with looking at trading in our vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle. Even though Dick Dyer couldn't sell one on the lot, we gave them a chance and Jason Jordan ensured to gain our business by finding and making sure we left with what we wanted on our terms.
