When I first got there he informed me of all that would be checked on my car, and made certain any questions I had were answered. But, more than anything when my car was ready to go I asked him if he had a minute to explain some of the icons on the dash, and he did. I had driven a Kia van for 11 years and did not understand hardly any of the new technology that is now in cars. He was very patient, answered my questions and gave me time to try out the different icons (I guess that's what you call them!) myself. I left knowing a whole lot more about my car than when I got there! Back to the service - the waiting time was not long, and I'll not mind going back! By the way, the salesman - I've forgotten his name - who sold me the car, asked to show me the icons, but because I had an appointment to get to was unable to stay, so it was not his fault that I drove away not really knowing how many neat things were there to make driving so much nicer! More
