I went to Dick Dyer about 2 months ago looking for a car. I was fortunate to have worked with Mr. Daniel Day. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We looked at several dealerships before we looked at Dick Dyer. My husband found the color and kind of vehicle we wanted on Dick Dyer's web site. I went to several dealerships looking for a used small, SUV, like a Honda CRV or Toyota Rav4. I saw several acceptable cars to purchase but hated the dealers protacal and/or push. Some would not point out where the used cars were before I filled out forms. Some would not tell me the asking price. To avoid the "paper work" I told one that I was not buying that day but wanted to see what was available and the sales person just stormed off like I was a waste of time. When I met Craig, I said I would like to test drive the Honda, then fill out papers, and pay for it if I wanted it. He took my license and insurance card (probably photocopied them) and returned with the keys. I test drove it and told him I wanted to buy it. I liked the fact that there was a price on the car, no having to ask. As I was paying cash all the paperwork was relatively quick. I spent more time trying to get a price at another dealership (and never got it before walking out) than I did productively spending a short time with Craig. I am sorry that I have forgotten his last name. More
