I went to Dick Dyer because of some SUV's I saw on their online site I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted within five minutes and had a salesperson trying to help me. Even though I was looking for used and not new the salesperson was still very helpful. I had been looking around for a couple months and in the past when I mentioned to the sales person at other dealers that I wanted used they didn't seem as willing to help. I wanted to upgrade to a vehicle with third row seating to accomodate two car seats and a booster seat and still have room. I was originally looking at a purchasing a Toyota Highlander but my sales person Marcus Peebles showed me a 2007 Toyota Sequoia which actually was a better fit for what I was looking for. I explained to him all of my concerns and what exactly I was looking for in my new vehicle, my price limits and my credit situation. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and their performance. Not only did he get me a better vehicle but I got the lowest internet price and almost everything on my checklist. :) The entire Dick Dyer staff was really friendly, helpful and patient. I felt like they wanted to help me get my new vehicle and not try to take advantage of me. I was concerned about financing due to my credit being not so great and didn't want to trade my other vehicle (other dealers I felt were trying to force me too). The finance guy (cant remember his name) was friendly and fast and was able to get me financed with the down payment that I had and got a payments where they were manageable for me. As a single woman I've heard horror stories from my friends and I was super blessed to have a great experience at Dick Dyer. I would recommend them to anybody I know actually looking to get a great vehicle at a great price with the best overall experience. They will see me again when I need to get my next vehicle.
