Victor was my service advisor. He took very good care of me and kept me informed on the problems with my truck. Had my oil changed. When I got home, I noticed that a bolt was missing from my skid plate and another one that was not tightened all the way. Took it back and they fixed it immediately. I am very pleased with the as-scheduled service I receive at Dick Dyer Toyota. This is my second Avalon that I am now enjoying and I am very favorably amazed and appreciative of the Dyer Service Department t at Dick Dyer Toyota. This is my second Avalon that I am now enjoying and I am very favorably amazed and appreciative of the Dyer Service Department taking such an obvious interest in my enjoyment as well as the excellent operation of my car. I have never had a less than excellent experience with my 2014 Avalon and I am still experiencing an excellent relationship with their service department on my 2020 Avalon. They always take their time in explaining to me the service that is about to be accomplished on my Avalons and always keep me abreast throughout my visit as to where their technicians are in the actual process of fulfilling the service work being done on my car. When the work is about to be completed, one of their service department technicians or even the Service Manager will come to see me and to explain to me exactly what was accomplished on my car during this visit. They always go over what I have to look forward to in upcoming service appointments even projecting and providing the dates for those appointments, which is something I appreciate very much. I have never had a less than very pleasant, as well as very educational experience at the Dyer Service Department on my previous Avalon, and during my first appointment for my new 2020 Avalon turned out to be a very educational experience for me based on what they wanted me to know regarding future visits. As a result of the past and now the present experiences I have had and now am having, I feel very confident in my choice of purchasing my second Toyota Avalon itself as well as choosing the Dick Dyer Toyota dealership for that purchase. I know without a doubt that the service as well as administrative departments at Dyer Toyota have my personal best interests at heart. I am not just another owner of an Avalon, but feel that the entire staff at Dyer Toyota have the best interests of their customers as a result of my now near eight year relationship with them. They certainly have a very satisfied customer in me and I have no reason to believe that such a relationship with Dyer Toyota will ever be any different. I obviously made the correct choice of a Toyota Dealership several years ago when I bought my first Avalon and feel the same way so far with the purchase and servicing of my 2020 Avalon. More

Along with the 6 month service, we had a problem with the air conditioning system (an unusual odor). Daniel Peterson consulted with the service department and remedied the issue.
