Horrible I went in for a routine oil change that I would change took me 4 and 1/2 5 hours to be completed I was told that I needed two new tires and which and I went in for a routine oil change that I would change took me 4 and 1/2 5 hours to be completed I was told that I needed two new tires and which and I didn't sales rep only try to upsell after not purchasing anything I feel as though I was was made to wait while other customers that we're purchasing thing or service from the Department came in and went out before I did experience that I received was very dissatisfied . I would not recommend this service department to anyone for a wait such as that I should have been compensated in some way. Let's be clear I'm only give me a rating on the service department this is my experience my experience with the sales department was absolute perfect yes I would recommend the service sales department but I would not recommend the service department for vehicles More

Best Service I've Received in 30+ Years! Simply put, I have a Subaru that I took to the Subaru dealer down the road, they identified an issue (pretty basic, but debilitating) but refused to h Simply put, I have a Subaru that I took to the Subaru dealer down the road, they identified an issue (pretty basic, but debilitating) but refused to handle the issue. My wife and I have a Toyota as well and have dealt with Dick Dyers service department in the past (Jason, Service Manager specifically) and they have always bent over backwards to handle any issue we've had...I gave them a call as I left Subaru (very close to closing time I might add) and Jason said "no problem, bring it over." They stayed beyond normal hours to remedy the issue and get me back on the road safely...like I said, simply the best! Additionally, we've taken our Toyota there for standard service since we moved here from up north and Jason and his staff are always professional, courteous, and kind...I can say for sure our next vehicle purchase will be from Dick Dyer Toyota (and I hope they keep this level of professionalism for years to come). More
