25k mile service I was greeted at 0700 on a Saturday morning by a very friendly and helpful service Rep, Lionel Hernandez. He asked why I was there, 25k maintenance a I was greeted at 0700 on a Saturday morning by a very friendly and helpful service Rep, Lionel Hernandez. He asked why I was there, 25k maintenance and probably new tires. He got me hooked up with 4 Dunlops. We talked price and off to the lounge I went. A little over two hours was to be expected for 4 new tires, balance, alignment and new air and cabin filters. My only gripe. If you get 4 brand new tires, all the tires should be properly inflated. I had just left and decided to check the tire pressure through the car's diagnostic system in front of TRANE. The pressures ranged from 32 to 35. The door specs show that the cold tire pressure should be 35 lbs. I also didn't get 4 new valve stem caps. I only have 2, but charged for 4. I hope that was just an oversite, but not inflating tires to the proper pressure is sloppy. More

Outstanding service adviser and maintenance service I have purchased three Toyota Camrys from Dick Dyer Toyota since 1994 and have always had all three serviced at Dick Dyer Toyota. The tire pressure wa I have purchased three Toyota Camrys from Dick Dyer Toyota since 1994 and have always had all three serviced at Dick Dyer Toyota. The tire pressure warning light was coming on on my current Camry, so I took the car by Dick Dyer Toyota on October 24 for diagnosis of the problem, which required replacement of a sensor. I was met right away by Tommy Senn, one of the service advisors. Tommy was very friendly and responsive. I was greatly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service skills. I believe Dick Dyer Toyota is fortunate to have someone of Tommy's caliber as a service advisor. It is employees like him that keep me coming back to Dick Dyer Toyota for my vehicle service and maintenance needs. More
