Brought my Avalon in Without an Appointment I left home to go to an 8:30 AM appointment but my car had a tire maintenance light. DD did not have an appointment until late in the afternoon but t I left home to go to an 8:30 AM appointment but my car had a tire maintenance light. DD did not have an appointment until late in the afternoon but the service lady told me I could come in as a walk-in and wait. I decided to do that and was checked in immediately and all of my issues with the car resolved without a long wait. I had two rear shocks installed on my 2017 Prius I brought my 2017 Prius in to have 2 new rear shocks installed. Victor Torres was right there when I pulled into the garage area where all the servic I brought my 2017 Prius in to have 2 new rear shocks installed. Victor Torres was right there when I pulled into the garage area where all the service agents are located. He got me set up and I waited in the lobby area while the shocks were being installed. The only downside to my experience this time was the fact that it took a lot longer to install the shocks than I was first told. Victor did come to me near the end of the installation and indicated the tech installing them underestimated the time for the install and normally would have required more money on the labor but Victor didn't charge me any additional on the labor which I was glad about. Aside from that, my experience was a good one. More
