Best Service Ever! I usually don’t like coming to the dealership for a service. In the past it’s taken almost 2 hours and I felt like the service representatives were al I usually don’t like coming to the dealership for a service. In the past it’s taken almost 2 hours and I felt like the service representatives were always trying to sell me something. John was the nicest person I’ve worked with yet and I never felt like he was trying to get me to buy some extra service I didn’t want or need. He listened to my concerns and took me seriously and made me feel valued. I also only spent a little over an hour there which was super fast compared to usual.
