Kenny & the entire staff @ Mid Point we’re knowledgeable & Kenny went over the complete sales contract for the GM Certified warranty from warranty left on car & what would be extended with this warranty. Didn't fix problem. 2 times now I have brought my car (16 Terrain) in for problems and they didn't get fixed. 1st, ALL my tires were leaking air, yes, all 4, and I broug 2 times now I have brought my car (16 Terrain) in for problems and they didn't get fixed. 1st, ALL my tires were leaking air, yes, all 4, and I brought it in to get it checked. I was told good news and bad news. Good news is that all my tires were not leaking, bad news is that all my tires were not leaking. Wow. I took it to an outside mechanic and found out that ALL of the valve stems were dry rotted and leaking. I have pictures of the bubbles. 2nd, the little security light on my dash blinks all the time, day, night, car running , car not running, ALL the time. I was told by Wayne. that this is normal and that all the new car do it. Come on! When the car is running, the security light is supposed to STOP BLINKING! More
