At the Service desk. E. Dubler was kind and courteous with explanation. We had to bring the vehicle in twice and he was able to witness our issue after the service guys s E. That is why we had to bring it back the second time. On both occasion the service department was able to reproduce the issue and therefore unable to resolve the matter. I enjoyed the customer service but as far as the service technicians, I can not. I can not speak highly enough on how well I was taken care of at the service desk by Dubler and I do not wish for this review to reflect poorly on his work. More
It took 2 days to get a quote and I called 15 or more times to keep the process moving. Tried to get the undercarriage cover quoted and took even more time. Went in for work the next week and not everyt times to keep the process moving. Tried to get the undercarriage cover quoted and took even more time. Went in for work the next week and not everything was completed. I cli ked on the replacement of the undercarriage cover for $143 but it did not show up on final report and did not get completed. Also I had to call another 15 times or more. In the 4 days the car was at dealership for quote and work I never received one phone call and half the time they only worked on it when I called. Also the final prices ended up being $200 more then the quoted price. Not sure how that happens considering you quoted it a couple days earlier. Seems dishonest and the company service is horrible. More

My car was brought in to be checked out to see why it would not start. My car was at the dealership for a month with no communication. When I called to check the status of my car, no one could provide an would not start. My car was at the dealership for a month with no communication. When I called to check the status of my car, no one could provide answers and had an attitude because I was calling about my car. I was pushed off person to person with no one giving me answers. When I finally picked up my car the check engine light was on. The service department was rude and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
I was greeted by a pleasant young man that made me comfortable and quickly went through the services I needed ensuring I understood what was being done.
