It's a legitimate safety concern, and I wanted it handled. What I didn't anticipate was how long it would take. As it turns out, this particular recall has been plagued by severe parts shortages — at one point there were reportedly over 100,000 vehicles waiting on backorder nationwide. My truck ended up being out of service for over a month, and that's where Mike Martin came in. Before I even had a chance to stress about being without my truck, Mike had already arranged a loaner vehicle for me — completely unprompted. I didn't ask, I didn't hint — he just made it happen. What truly set Mike apart was how he communicated throughout the entire wait. He reached out regularly with honest updates, never left me guessing, and was always upfront about where things stood with the parts delay. He made it crystal clear that the holdup was a Ford supply chain issue affecting dealerships across the country — not something anyone at Midway could control — and that transparency made all the difference.
