Best car buying experience I've had! I was a bit leery about buying a car from an "unbranded" dealership. However, they advertised a great deal on a BMW 328d with xdrive. Jon was very courteous and professional. Richie entered the picture later, when the deal was going through. He was also great to deal with. Both Jon and Richie took the time to go through all the details. They were both fun to deal with too. It was almost like buying a car from close friends. The dealership itself is a sight to behold. Very well decorated and furnished to make the buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. I even got to try out their race car simulator. A few days after the purchase, I noticed a significant blemish on the front of the car that I had missed. I emailed Jon, and he responded with a phone call, and offered a potential solution. He also hooked me up with 3 months of satellite radio. All in all, a great experience. Thank you Jon and Richie! More

They simplify the buying process enough so that you can understand what you're purchasing and don't feel as though you're getting forced into something that you don't understand. The vehicles they have are of the utmost quality and are usually ones that you will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. The staff make you feel right at home and are very patient and understanding. The "Buyer's Lounge" is a one of a kind experience with huge LED televisions, billiards, a cafe, and a real Racing Simulator. I've bought cars from many dealerships and I can honestly say that Midwest motors has exceeded my expectations enough to make it my number one choice for my car buying needs. More

I could have worried about paying over $10 I just bought this car from Rich Dettloff of Midwest Motors in Illinois and I'm sitting in Houston, Texas. I could have worried about paying over $100K just by looking the pictures over internet. But, Rich made me feel comfortable and secure that I didn't have to worry at all as all transaction went very smooth and delivered the car faster than I expected in mint condition. It is highly likely that I will purchase another car from this guy again. More

Unfortunately Doug was called away on the day of my visit (not his fault) but I was taken care of by Jon, Joe, and Richie. Reasonable negotiation and we arrived at a deal that everyone was comfortable with. I also received a fair price for my trade in. Came with financing in hand at a very aggressive rate, but Richie was able to find me an even slightly better deal. No high-pressure tactics and an overall pleasant experience. More

It is a beautiful, stylish showroom, and the inventory of eye-catching cars makes it all the more attractive. My wife and I walked through those doors a week ago Saturday. I had heard about this place and wanted to take an in-person look around. I had no intention of buying a car on that day. I had planned to wait until the Spring for the new Mercedes C-Class coupe to be released. But, I guess, curiosity got the best of me. I have purchased a number of new Mercedes, going back to 1984, and sold my last one in September. Purchasing a "used car" really wasn't something I typically consider; the last one I bought was in college! However, that's changed now . . . We saw a great-looking 2007 SLK 350 on the showroom floor that snowy Saturday, and now it's in my garage. What a surprise! And what a nice car! All that said . . . If you're in the market for a really great pre-owned car with all the "bells and whistles," or just a couple bells and one whistle, please consider taking a good look at what Midwest Motors has to offer. Phil Cassata did a very good job showing us around and explaining how Midwest Motors does business and offers only outstanding cars to its customers, i.e., they have a high-quality inventory that has to meet their very-high standards. And it shows. Our experience was totally first-class. No pressure. No hype. Our new, old(er) car: It sold itself! Nice job, Phil, Rich - all that paperwork! - and Midwest Motors. We'll be back this Fall for another look around. More
