From the moment I called to inquiry about my car and talked to Jenny one of the receptionist there, I knew that I was dealing with good people, she was super polite and professional . She transferred me to Jon, one the the best car sale representative I have ever met and dealt with. I inquired about my car and he confirmed it was there. Once I got to the dealership, I really got impressed , it was amazing to see all these types of cars under one roof, all looking just like new. I met Jon, and he had the car ready for me to go on a test drive, the car look even better in person. The purchase process was very easy and smooth, Jon was never pushy, and he was ready and willing to hear and work with me all of my car buying concerns. The deal was done, all I had to do was to wait for the finance department to get all the paperwork ready for me to sign. In the mean time, I had no choice but to wait in their lounge area/refreshments/game room. That place was amazing and it made the time flew by (many of us know how the finance process usually takes, it could be hours!!) pool tables, air hockey , giant tv screens, For a minute I thought I was at home just watching the game and having a good time playing pool with my brother. My paperwork was ready to sign and thats where I had the pleasure to meet Rich, he explained every little aspect in my finance contract, and just like Jon he made sure I got the best deal I could get from the lenders. They had a driver service pick me up at the airport and they were ready for me when I reached the dealership. Beautiful building and showroom. Very orderly and clean with a great staff. There was an unforeseen problem that occurred with the car, but they addressed it immediately. I was very impressed. Both Doug and Rich and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Despite my delay in leaving (which was no one's fault), my experience was very satisfying and the drive home was fun. I would definitely recommend Doug and Midwest Motors. Online to In Person I had been searching for a particular vehicle and was waiting until I found just the right color. The exterior color was a bit different than how it appeared in the photo, fortunately it was even more to my liking. I was contacted by Kris and we set up an appointment for me to come in and meet with him. He was pleasant, helpful and patient. The transaction was lengthy but eventually I left with the car. I also appreciated Kris taking the time at the end of the transaction to review many of the cars features. He even synced my phone with the car, which was very helpful. Rich and Doug were immediately responsive to our initial inquiry and answered all of our many telephone/email questions thereafter, over a period of several days - when due to certain personal exigencies, we could not drive up (150 miles) to look at the vehicle that we were interested in. Upon our eventual arrival, we found that they had placed a hold on the vehicle for us - to ensure that it would still be available to examine and drive; during our entire visit, we were treated like VIPs, by each and every member of their staff. One of the service department technicians even took the time to explain the tire option/ancillary equipment that came on the vehicle, when we expressed some momentary puzzlement. Rich and Doug, without us asking, showed us all of their internal paperwork on the vehicle, leaving us no doubt that there absolutely was no better like vehicle, at a better price to be found - anywhere; it really does not get any better than that! The vehicle we purchased had been in service for two years and was positively indistinguishable from brand new; it was absolutely flawless!
