It's been over a month since I purchased a vehicle and I STILL don't have a second key to my vehicle. The second key I was given goes to something else. I purchased a used car on June 8th 2025 and at this point would NOT recommend this group. I was told after my purchase that a 2nd key would be mailed to me, that never happened. The only paperwork that was processed in a timely manner wad the financial paper work. I had to me a 1st payment and as of July 17th 2025 I Still do not have any 1 Plates, 2 Title, 3 Registration for the car. And when I called about the issue I have , I get brushed off. So I would say stay clear of this group. More

I was extremely disappointed by their service department. One of my cars came back with a large scratch on it. My wife has taken her car her car here for years. They half @ss fixed it. When the clutch went out it stated on the service request to replace the flywheel. They didn’t then the the ole TDI started c They half @ss fixed it. When the clutch went out it stated on the service request to replace the flywheel. They didn’t then the the ole TDI started clacking. Took it back didn’t charge us labor, however the mechanic used impacts on the ball joints (jacked them up) I had to replace them, left the new long side vw axle hanging off the tire ruined it, it started to leak grease. I had to replace that, then all the plastic was ripped off on the passenger wheel well ( i had to replace that). INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST!! Oh, if they tell you they can grind aluminum wheels to make them true again they lie don’t fall for it that was on the 14 jetta. When i emailed them they acted like they cared because, quite frankly, how you gonna prove it in court! Answer, you can’t they know it. Sh++ty Service advisers and jack xxx mechanics update: DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF STAN RALPHS IS A xxxxxxx AND A LIAR KYLE IS A WORTLESS MECHANIC THEY HAVE DESTROYED MY VEHICLE. PICS OF THE BOLTS LEFT OUT OF THE SUBFRAME THAT THEY REPLACED THEN TRIED TO SAY THATS HOW ALIGNMENTS ARE DONE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. More

Over the weekend, we purchased a certified pre owned VW Tiguan, and Taylor and Kevin were very helpful throughout the process. We purchased a Certified Pre-owned VW Tiguan over the weekend. We started the process with Kevin, however, he was off on Saturday so Taylor stepped in to get us through the process.
