Service I have two 2015 Chevy Coilorado's for my fleet vehicles. One had a problem and I had previously taken it to another GM dealer to have it fixed. After them not finding the problem, I selected Mike Anderson'. Jim Belansky was very helpful from the beginning. Seems the failed part was hard to find. He and his team scoured the nation to find a replacement. Jim kept me informed daily on the status of my vehicle. When I arrived at the center, all the employee's were very friendy. Crappy Service I took my 2010 Impala yesterday for a 1 pm appointment to service the traction control and the stabilitrak. They told me they would call around 2 pm w I took my 2010 Impala yesterday for a 1 pm appointment to service the traction control and the stabilitrak. They told me they would call around 2 pm with the diagnostic report but they did not even look at my car until 4:30 pm. They did not have a rental for me to use since they would be holding my car over night. The next morning i received a call around 8:40 am saying they were working on my can and it would be ready within the hour. Well an hour came and went with not call, then around 3:30 pm they called saying my car was done. When i went to pick up my car they did not remove the diagnostic charge so I had to wait about 30 min. for them to fix the paper work, and when i looked at the bill the labor alone was $500 for some thing what was supposed to take no more that 2 hours at the most. Rest assured I will never take my car to these "people" again. More

WORST AUTO DEALER DELIBERATELY SELL CRAP USED CARS, THE LEVEL 2 WARRANTY WHICH I WAS SOLD ON THE USED CAR HAS NOT PAID FOR EITHER $400 REPAIR AND I HAVE PUT LESS THAN DELIBERATELY SELL CRAP USED CARS, THE LEVEL 2 WARRANTY WHICH I WAS SOLD ON THE USED CAR HAS NOT PAID FOR EITHER $400 REPAIR AND I HAVE PUT LESS THAN 6000 MILES ON THIS VEHICLE. Made a deal and they sold my car to someone else Wow, through an extensive search for a specific make and model, I found a hard to find vehicle at their lot and was going to have to drive a considera Wow, through an extensive search for a specific make and model, I found a hard to find vehicle at their lot and was going to have to drive a considerable distance to pick it up. We agreed on price and terms, they sent me a purchase agreement, I had to get my own financing because it was an older vehicle, so I got my own financing approved and ready to go, I had a multi-day trip planned and a date set and they sold my vehicle to someone else. It's a good thing I wasn't on my way to get it when this happened! That's after putting up with some pretty poor attitudes from the people I was dealing with to begin with. If I wasn't so fixated on that one vehicle they would have never had my business to begin with. One more item of note -- after we had agreed on the price they tried to up the price on the buyers agreement by $234. hoping I wouldn't notice. Do yourself a favor... buy a car from someone else, they don't deserve my business or yours. More

Worst dealership EVER DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Purchased a new Camaro from them last year. Took it in to have the remote start installed. Was told the car would be ready DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ok I'll give you one. Took the car back in for oil change which was part of purchasing the vehicle. Treated like garbage and the service writer was rude. Fast forward to the next oil change. Wife took the car in. Service writer treated wife badly and made a couple remarks to her. I went in the next day to talk to said service writer about the way he treated my wife. If I wouldn't have went to jail I'd have smacked him like his momma should have. Will never purchase from them again. Recommended to fellow workers and everyone I know not to go. More

Had a wonderful experience I was looking to buy a new car but I really didn't won't to go though the long time it would take just to see if I would be approved for a car. But so I was looking to buy a new car but I really didn't won't to go though the long time it would take just to see if I would be approved for a car. But so some reason I was put in contact with a lady by the name of Karla M. Bradford and I first talk with her over the phone and explain my situation to her and one thing she did do was listen to me and my concerns about even buying a new car. But then she ask if I could just come buy and speak with her in person and made an appointment to meet with her. Once I got there there was a very big smile on her face and just one of the friendliest person I have ever meet in a dealership and she made everything so easy and very understanding for me to make up my mind on buying a new car. And once I had my mind made up she did everything in her power to make sure I left there in a new car and not the same old 2005 dodge van I drove out there. I have to say this was the first time I have ever had a wonderful time in buying a new car. And even more she always stay in contact with me even after I have got my new car something no other dealer have ever done for me. Thank you so much Karla for all you have done for me. More
