I have never been to a car dealership with such incredible service. They make you feel like you are a part of their family. Our salesman was Kelley O'Brien, and he is the most knowledgable, friendl incredible service. They make you feel like you are a part of their family. I was so impressed by him, I just went back a second time this year to buy a vehicle from him. I will never go to another dealership or dealer to buy a vehicle. Mike Anderson Chevy is an incredible, car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Kelley O'Brien to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. We purchased our 2012 Avalanche from Mike Anderson Chevrolet on Saturday 6/16. We never felt any pressure from Kelley to purchase the truck. He worked with us and answered a lot of our questions. Bill Alter seemed to know exactly what we needed and what price we wanted to pay. He only called when he had what he thought we would like. It took two times and we met out new, used car. I went to the dealership for second time after having trouble getting into a car. Lawrence gave me a call and said he could get me into a car. I went to this dealership looking to get into a used car and Lawrence worked hard and got me into a brand new Chevy Malibu. I appreciate how devoted he was and how hard he and the finance department worked on making my monthly payments around what I wanted. Jeff, Jesse and Neeley were all phenomenal. They worked really hard with me and even got me into a car I never would have dreamed I could own. Jeff really took the time to make sure everything was done rig really hard with me and even got me into a car I never would have dreamed I could own. Jeff really took the time to make sure everything was done right and Jesse and Neeley finished all of my paperwork. I wasn't rushed or pressured I felt very welcomed and I was very well informed of the whole process. After my two previous dealing with other dealerships in my area I will only come back here and I will only recommend people go here for awesome service with people who care and look at the whole picture. Eric Estrada was my salesman and he is by far the best car salesman I have ever come across and new car from Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville. Eric Estrada was my salesman and he is by far the best car salesman I have ever come across and I am very happy to say that I had such a great experience. He was very informative, courteous, and very professional. He listened to what I was looking for and wasn't pushy which I really appreciated. He helped lead me in the right direction to find the right vehicle and was very knowledgeable. After dealing with so many other dealerships during my auto search, it was very refreshing to meet with someone who actually truly wanted to help and cared about my concerns. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to others for their future purchases. The sales manager Rob was super nice as well and made me feel very comfortable.
