BEST car buying experience EVER!! This was my first time buying a car, but I am certain that I will probably never meet another car salesman like Joe Cleland. He spent almost 3 hours with me going over all the features of the car, letting me drive it, and answering all of my questions. He also was super accessible over text during the interrim period before I could officially sign off on the car. Joe was nice, funny and never made me feel pressured to purchase my 2011 Cadillac SRX. He seemed like he genuinely wanted what was best for me, regardless of if I ended up purchasing a car from him. If I could give Joe a 10 star rating out of 5 I would!!
