Exceptional Customer Service! I recently needed to return my vehicle to McCaddon for some minor repairs that were covered under the manufacturers warranty. When I arrived on the lo I recently needed to return my vehicle to McCaddon for some minor repairs that were covered under the manufacturers warranty. When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by Kam Hookano, the sales associate with whom I had purchased the car. Kam walked me to the Service Department and introduced me to Service Consultant, Jon Berry. Jon was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very attentive to the details of my concerns, and took notes as I described the mechanical issues. He scheduled a time for me to return the next day for the repairs. When I arrived the following morning, Jon had the paperwork ready for my signature and a clean, new McCaddon Courtesy Vehicle waiting for me to use. The repair process ended up taking several days (diagnosing the issue, ordering parts, and making the actual repairs) and Jon kept me informed daily with friendly phone calls to let me know what was happening. Once the repairs were made, Jon reviewed the process with me, made sure all of my questions were answered, and walked me to my freshly cleaned and repaired vehicle. The entire experience was professional, friendly, and hassle-free! I definitely recommend Kam, Jon, and the Service Department at McCaddon. Thank you, all! More

I felt extremely comfortable with Jeff, he test drove the vehicle for me, he pointed out a few minor is sues and was upfront with me the entire time. We reached a deal and he put me in contact with a transport company. Money was transferred, the vehicle was picked up and delivered to me (minor issue with the transport company but Jeff actually got involved to try to correct the situation).
