Unfortunately, this has become one of the worst experiences ever purchasing a vehicle. I've purchased many vehicles, but never have I had customer service this poor and be outright lied to. On 11-4-22 we purchased a Certified 2019 GMC Denali from Zach Brick. Everything was going smoothly at first until he thought we might back out of the deal because the numbers were not matching our budget. Then things change and he started to rush us stating he had an eye appointment at 1:00 and he was the only associate available. In short, we were rushed into a deal and insured by him and the finance manager Stephen Purcell we could return the truck in 3 days for ANY REASON. We drove all the way from Aurora btw. I inspected the truck on the lot but because of the snow and being rushed it wasn't thorough enough. I was told by Zach Brick that he personally sold this truck when it was new, and it was in the best condition of any truck he has seen in a long time. I fully inspected the truck when we got home and found that the roof is leaking, and it had water damage to the headliner and back panel. I immediately reported it to Zach. The very next morning I found that the truck is leaking oil all over my driveway and the seatbelt bracket falls off. I reported the issues and told Zach I would like to return the truck and he told me that they do have a return policy and that the state of Colorado does not mandate one. After he leaned over, he's desk and insured my wife and I that we could return the truck for any reason within 3 days as did the Finance Manager during our signing and then they reneged when we choose to exercise that right. Do not fall for his leaning over they desk looking you in the eye's tactic. I'm now being told it's my problem and I need to spend my time taking it to service and get the repairs done. If they truly did a Certified inspection, they would have found these issues before putting it on the lot. All I asked was to honor your word and return the truck as it has multiple problems and do the right thing. I'm now seeking legal representation. DONT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! More

My pick up had an oil leak which 2 dealers tried 5 times to fix.
