My vehicle 2009 Saturn Outlook wouldn't start after picking up my daughter from CU Camp and since I have my vehicle serviced there for over 6 years, I called to find out if service department was open and they said that they wasn't. I explained my situation and they put me through to Glenn whom is the General Manager. Glenn without hesitation, said he would come pick up me and my daughter up and see if he could figure out what may be wrong. When Glenn arrived we tried to jump start it and that worked but we didn't feel confident that it would always continue to start so I followed him to McCaddon and we placed my vehicle in service department and then Glenn set up a loaner vehicle for me. I just want to express that what started for me as an lost and unsure of what to do moment turned into a rescue and all the while knowing that Glenn went above and beyond his own role to make sure we were in safe hands. I can't Thank Glenn enough for his kind and compassionate caring demeanor. More

I had actually only purchased cars twice before in my entire life so was unfamiliar with the process My family had bought cars at McCaddon as far back as the 1960s, and they have an excellent reputation in Boulder. I wanted a good certified pre-owned car, and I spotted the 2014 Buick Verano as soon as I looked at the lot. It couldn't have been a more perfect car for me -- low mileage, comfortable, great price. The salesman was very patient with me as he had to explain much of the process. I never felt hurried or rushed. After a test drive and consultation with my friend, I wrote a check for the entire amount and drove off the lot with a wonderful car. More
