I dealt with salesman Jeff Katz, Sales Manager Zach Brick and Justin Gasman in Finance. All were very professional and the deal was done in 10 minutes and paperwork in another 15. Zach (Mr. tech wiz) and Jeff walked me through all the features on the car (the new CT6) and helped to set all the tech devices. Absolutely love the rear camera view in the rear view mirror. Extreme wide angle view that almost makes the side mirrors extraneous. The Cadillac bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years including maintenance is a great program. I have never met Mr. McCaddon but he has a great dealership and a great staff! More

Routine Service for Cadillac XTS V I brought our car in for a routine oil change. When checking in with our vehicle, Jeff Clark checked the recall list to see if any items were outstan I brought our car in for a routine oil change. He also saw that we were due for a cabin air filter replacement, had our tires rotated along with checking the tires' air pressure, and had the car washed all while I waited. Buying a car is usually very painful and most dread it but our entire process is smooth, quick, easy and painless every time we go. They went out of their way to find me the vehicle I wanted, which was on another lot, and when I returned the next day to pick it up Justin in Finance had all my paperwork sitting on his desk ready to be signed. But it doesn't stop there, they also check in every once in awhile and make sure you're still satisfied and if you need anything. I also received a nice care package in the mail after my purchase.
