I called the dealership in Boulder CO from Omaha NE and told them that I was interested in the CC. Wendall Borchert took my information on a trade, requested a reasonable down payment to hold the sale to anyone else until I could get there from 550 miles away. Justin Gasman provided me with an online loan application to be completed so that I could purchase the vehicle on Monday. I could tell that these guys worked after hours to be able to complete the sale for me so that I could return back home in time for work on Tuesday. When I arrived on Monday, Wendall was involved with someone else, so Zach Brick jumped right in and kept the ball rolling, demonstrating outstanding customer service by allowing me to test drive the VW while my trade was being appraised. Jeff Clark inspected the Volkswagen to be sure that it was mechanically sound, and they got me back on the road in time for me to travel safely back home the same day. This team shows that they are very good at what they do, especially as they were able to meet my needs on such short notice. After I had left the dealership and was 50 miles down the road, I realized that I had left a stack of CDs in the vehicle that I traded in. Wendall made sure that they were retrieved and packed for shipment to my residence in Nebraska. I highly recommend this dealership and its fine staff of employees, right down to the receptionist who checked with me often to make sure that everything was progressing in a timely manner. Thanks!
