He told us all about the car, showed us their inspection record and a copy of the Car Fax. We loved the car decided this was the one for us. It was fun, a pleasure to do business with all of the employees I dealt with, relaxed, no pressure, and I was treated like I really mattered to them. The most important customer at that time, even though they had several customers in the store. After the deal was completed I returned a week later for some additional dealer installed options.
