We saw a newly listed used truck on their website that looked like a good fit for our needs and price range. The vehicle was in Ft Collins; our sales consultant Arlene Ott arranged to have the truck driven to Boulder the next morning. We decided to purchase the truck and sales manager Brian Hanks got it fully inspected and had some minor repairs made so we could pick it up the next day. Arlene was completely attentive to our needs with the truck and the fast turn-around - we would recommend her without reservation. Justin Gasman moved us through the paperwork quickly and explained all options available to us. For the new purchase we worked with Wendall Borchert who was nothing but professional, helpful and friendly during the entire process. After starting the search for our new truck less than 2 months ago, we were not able to find a fit with any vehicles in inventory. We custom ordered (exactly how we want it) a brand new GMC Sierra 2500HD with Diesel engine. LESS THAN 2 months later we have our truck and have been absolutely trilled with the entire process. The new vehicle comes with a 2-year maintenance package and we are looking forward to working with McCaddon's service department - we have been bringing our 2004 Yukon XL for the better part of 10 years and similarly, have nothing but good things to say about the service department as well. The entire McCaddon's staff pride themselves on a positive customer service experience and they will go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. Our purchase experience was excellent, beginning with a friendly, low-key introduction by salesman, Doyle Eicher. We eventually took a test drive which provided Doyle with the opportunity to point out the outstanding features of the CTS. During the closing, we spent a few minutes with Justin Gasman, the Finance Director there. Justin was polite, knowledgeable, and provided understandable information regarding financing options, extended warranties, and various service plans. Overall, the entire experience at McCaddon was pleasant and stress-free. We'll definitely look at these folks again when we require another vehicle change. More
