I've bought a lot of vehicles in my time, and I'm being 100%honest, this was the best. Jordyn S. was my sales specialist and she was so awesome. She worked so hard to find the exact truck I wanted. She followed up, and no hassle, or pressure. Everyone there was so kind and attentive. I want to Focus though on her and the experience. She knew the product, asked my needs, and kept her nose to the grind stone to find it. She found the right truck, but even had another I might be interested in and pulled up so I could compare. It's so nice to go to a place where they care about the customer and not just pushing someone through. Once I decided, it was so easy. I was in and out in a couple of hours and that's just because they were all so easy to shoot the breeze with. Dustin did my finance, and he was so pleasant to work with. Zero pressure, good options and boom, done. Jordyn S. had the truck ready to go, and I was on my way. She followed up the next day just to see how I was doing. I'm telling you, don't go to the metro area to buy a GM vehicle. Go to Mike Maroone Longmont, if they don't have it, they can get it. I came in for an oil change on my Cadillac and wanted to check out the new inventory while I waited. I was introduced to Sean, took a test drive and knew I wanted to upgrade! Sean was patient with my very specific wants and found me the perfect Yukon with all the bells and whistles I wanted at a nearby dealer. We worked with Ben to value my trade-in and agreed on a price for the new vehicle. Everyone was so professional and kind - no xx, which I appreciated! The new vehicle arrived the next day so we went to pick it up and finish the paperwork. We met with Tim Amerson from the Finance dept and he was personable and did his best to get us in/out as soon as possible. Sean stuck around after the dealer closed to make sure he had a chance to test drive the new vehicle with me and show me every single thing I needed to know about the car, how the rear entertainment system worked, how to use super cruise, etc. He was so thorough and we really enjoyed working with him! They didn't have the vehicle we wanted, but searched around other dealerships to f finance person, were very easy to work with. No pressure to buy. There was a fender molding body color upgrade that we did not want, and the dealership changed it out to the original molding, added splash guards we wanted, and ordered us a couple of additional options we did want. For our excellent credit rating, the loan finance % was high, and Jeremie worked to lower it for us. Just a great experience all around. More
The usual overpriced dealership costs, and they didn’t even diagnose the issue; but I was charged for it anyway. Brought my Buick to them with some transmission issues. Received a call from John that in order to look into what they believe is wrong, and look for shavings it would cost over $3,000, just to look! If shavings were found it would cost over $6K for a new transmission. I had it towed to Marcos Best Mechanic in Longmont, and two days later I’m up and driving again. They also found a coolant leak that the dealership failed to notice; demonstrating they never looked at my car for the $188 diagnostic fee that was charged. $1380 was definitely a major savings that I just had to post about to save someone else’s money. Turns out it was a $34.99 speed sensor. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO A DEALERSHIP FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS, UNLESS YOUR VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY. More
