I have a 2019 Civic that has been an awesome car until recently and it developed a problem with the tire air pressure sensors. Sensors did not come on when they should or sensors that come on for no reaso recently and it developed a problem with the tire air pressure sensors. Sensors did not come on when they should or sensors that come on for no reason. I have only good things to say about the Service Dept staff, Chris and Mo, primarily. I was treated with respect and the staff didn't give up. My car was in for service 3 different times as they tried to diagnose what was wrong. It just seemed to be one of those strange things. It's been a week and I still watch the dash anxiously, hoping that sensor does not show up again. Hondas often go for several years with no problem and I'm hoping this was just a fluke. More
I was going on a road trip and I asked the Service Rep if my windshield wipers were replaced and he said they were ok, but when we ran into messy road conditions going to Texas, the wipers were TERRIBLE and my windshield wipers were replaced and he said they were ok, but when we ran into messy road conditions going to Texas, the wipers were TERRIBLE and hardly cleared the windshield. They have been on the car since June of 2019 and should have been replaced, but I will get them replaced elsewhere as I don't have the time to come to your dealership and wait. Karleen Cotton More

I purchased a used Hyundai Kona, I love my car and I love the fact that I can take it to Honda for service. I'm usually in-and-out for oil changes fairly quickly. I had my 2010 Honda Ridgeline repaired at Maroone Honda. Tony was the Service Consultant. Tony did an excellent job coordinating repairs and provided prompt communication with my insurance adjuster. On To Tony was the Service Consultant. Tony did an excellent job coordinating repairs and provided prompt communication with my insurance adjuster. On Tony's days off he ensured that another Service Consultant followed-up with the ongoing repairs. Tony kept in frequent communication with me advising on time deadlines. Tony is dedicated to his job and represents Maroone Honda in an exceptional manner. I will definitely continue with my 2010 Honda Ridgeline service at Maroone Honda. More

Through the years we started using Terri J as our service advisor. Terri and Larry always provide the best service we needed. We never had a problem dealing with them. We had a paint issue on one vehicle and though Honda did not cover it, the dealership did. We have purchased vehicles there from Tony M. Tony M continues the excellent customer service we have received in the service department. We only have the highest recommendation for this dealership. More
