We were stranded in LaGrange due to our car loss and Kimberly tried to help us find a suitable vehicle to purchase. There were no Odysseys on their lot and we had our hearts set on a used Odyssey. As we were about to leave to take a rental car back home and cancel our vacation Kimberly mentioned that she had a gentleman coming in at noon to trade his Odyssey. We decided to wait and as it turned out we bought the vehicle. Kimberly helped to facilitate our departure in so many ways. She even helped us unload our old vehicle which was packed to the gills for our trip to Arizona. I can't say enough good things about Kimberly and the other folks who worked with us at Patton Honda. It was a bad situation turned as good as it could be. The good Lord was looking out for us when he took us to Patton Honda. More

On our way from North Carolina to Arizona our Honda Odyssey blew a seal on it's transmission while driving on the highway near LaGrange, GA. We were towed from near the Alabama border and my husband had talked with Tara, in service, before we arrived. When we arrived she was most helpful and sympathetic to our problem and had her techs take the car in immediatley for a diagnosis. They found the tranmission to be destroyed and to repair it would cost as much as the vehicle was worth. Needless to say we were in "big time distress" about what to do and the process took hours. Tara was so helpful in so many ways. We decided to leave the car and not repair it which mean't that we would have to rent a vehicle the next day and drive back to North Carolina cancelling our trip to AZ. Tara drove us to our hotel and made arrangements for us to be picked up by the Honda driver the next morning.. Dave Patton was introduced to us the next morning and he assisted us. Everyone we encountered at Patton Honda were extremely helpful, but Tara was wonderful and should receive many accolades. Our entire experience was as pleasant as it could be under such distressful circumstances. As it turned out we found a used vehicle, thanks to Kimberly in sales, and we continued on our trip to AZ. Dave Patton was kind enough to store our car until our return trip when we will once again stop at theie dealership to pick up some things from our old vehicle. I can't say enough good things about this experience with the employees at Patton Honda. More

I had the opportunity to work with Kim a few weeks ago on my first vehicle purchase. She was very helpful and she explained everything in detail to me. Even though it was after hours, Kim didn't rush, she continued to work diligently to ensure I had a great customer experience. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. She even responds in a timely manner to calls and emails. I have been back to visit Mike Patton since my purchase for a detail and Kim was just as helpful and polite as the first time. She didn't force me to purchase and her personality is amazing. I would recommend anyone to Kim, she's an awesome individual with excellent customer service! She made my first car experience simple and worry free. More

This was our third car purchased from Mike Patton Auto (1 new and 2 used). We would not consider purchasing from any other dealership.We really like the non negotiable price up front, and there is no hagglin new and 2 used). We would not consider purchasing from any other dealership.We really like the non negotiable price up front, and there is no haggling and no hassle. It's not that I don't like to haggle for a good deal, but their price is already lower than any other dealer. So when you are just looking at the cars you already know what it costs without having to guess what you will have to work for. Not to mention the time you save by not having to go back and forth with everybody at a dealership before they let you out the door. These salespeople receive no comission. so there is no incentive for them to haggle about price. The salespeople are always so friendly and courteous. We'll definately buy from them again. More

Keith was very friendly and genuinely interested in getting me the car and the deal I wanted. I drove 2 hours to see the car, and a final deal was put together over the phone.
