I wanted to write this review to let the Patton family know what an exceptional person and employee they have in Kim Parker. She was not only friendly, but she also seemed to really care about my needs a know what an exceptional person and employee they have in Kim Parker. The only negative comment I have is the price I got on my trade-in and I know Kim doesn't have anything to do with that. I was disappointed when I saw the HUGE difference in price I was paid and the price (non-negotiable I'm assuming) they are selling the car for. Of course I know car dealers are in business to make money and I am thinking I should have done a little more homework before I traded. However, all that being said, car buying is not at all fun to me and Kim made this dreaded task most pleasant. I hope she is still in the car business when I get ready to do this again because I will go wherever she is. I want to say, too, that I came to Mike Patton spring 2011 looking for a truck for my son and had a terrible experience with a man who really became snippy and rude when I decided not to buy the truck I was looking at and I vowed never to come back. The 0% financing this time lured me back, though, and I was fortunate to work with Kim. Thank you so much, Kim! More

This is how I met Marcus Jefferson, my sales consultant. They also have there vehicles listed online, so it was very easy to search what I might be interested in before coming in. Marcus was very help and very friendly. He has a great personality and was very easy to talk to. When it came down to the actual "numbers" of buying the car, everything was very clear and simple to understand. There were no hidden fees or surprises. My credit score is good, but they even went the extra step to talk to the bank and lower my percentage rate to get my monthly payments where i needed them to be.
