My husband and I were looking for a used Honda Ridgeline and we came across the listing for one at Mike Patton on AutoTrader.com. We actually ended up buying a new 2011 Ridgeline and we have been extremely happy with it and the customer service we received at the dealership. Everyone at Mike Patton was friendly and welcoming. It is the best experience we have had at any dealership in our search for a Ridgeline. Jason is very knowledgeable and if there was something he didn't know, he found out right away for us. He has called to follow up and check on us to see how we were doing and how we liked our new truck. We are VERY happy with the new truck and also the whole experience at Mike Patton Honda. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family and the next time we need another vehicle, we will be back!! More

I wanted to post this review to praise the dealership and Cindy Raleigh. We had a much more relaxed and enjoyable browsing and ultimately purchasing experience than at other dealers. Whoever said that a new car will lose its value when you drive it off the lot never had the experience of purchasing from Mike Patton Honda of Lagrange. They obviously never met Crystal who diligently, but without pressure and hassle provided information about cars of interest on the lot. They were obviously never introduced to Brian, a sales manager that kept himself upfront and open in the duration of the sales process. Brian went the extra mile to negotiate with wholesalers to try to get the best deal on my trade-in vehicle. They probably never met Tim, who took the time to explain the features on the new car not only to me, but also to my wife and daughter. I think that at some point in time, I shook hands and was introduced to every employee on the lot and every one of them were optimistic, encouraging, and helpful to me. When I began my search for a new car, Mike Patton was just a dealership that I had heard would provide me with an honest deal. Unfortunately, I didn't heed that recommendation and wound up in a few greasy cubicles waiting on the salesman to relay offers to an unseen sales manager. Only when I was ready to walk out, would the sales manager of these other dealerships appear behind their 'curtains' to try to salvage a sale. Not true with Mike Patton of Lagrange. Brian was upfront during the entire sales process. When I finally decided to pull the trigger on a purchase last Saturday at about 4 PM, Brian assured me that he could not only get the color vehicle that I wanted from another dealership, but could have it delivered, ready, the paperwork consummated, and have me out of there by around 6:30 pm as I had plans for the evening. As unbelievable as it may sound, Mike Patton of Lagrange delivered on their promise! ps. In the rush to get me out the door, an error was made in the paperwork that worked to the dealer's favor. Imagine my surprise when James Ruffin contacted me to say that he had spotted the error and would have a check in the mail! More
