Cory took ownership of the problem, gave a sincere apology, answered all my questions and even sent me a video of an issue I was having that was not in the manual. That's what I call going "over and above" the call of duty. To take the time to record a how to video just for my issue. Cory has helped me regain my confidence that the dealership didn't just take my money and didn't care after the sale.
