This is the third Honda I have leased from Mike Pruitt, so I feel like I am dealing with "family" rather than a group of strangers. I was helped immediately upon arrival, & Lynn greeted me like I was an old friend - this is the second lease Lynn has handled for me. I was informed of each document I needed to sign and what it represented by both Lynn & Tom, and the process moved along smoothly during a busy time in the showroom. Lynn took the time to go over all of the features of the car so I would be comfortable during the test drive & of course when I left the dealership with my new car. I will recommend Mike Pruitt Honda & Lynn to my friends, family & co-workers looking for a new car. I will, of course, be back in 36 months for a new one myself. More
