Great people, great service I recieved a notice from the manufacturer that the airbags in my car had been recalled. When I called Great Lakes Honda, the guy on the phone was very I recieved a notice from the manufacturer that the airbags in my car had been recalled. When I called Great Lakes Honda, the guy on the phone was very friendly, knew about the recall, and explained the two-visit process so I knew what to expect. He was able to schedule my first visit right away. Sandy at the service center was incredibly sweet and forthcoming with info about the recall that I had only just heard of, but that she and GLH had been dealing with for ten years. They did an oil change while they verified my VIN info. The new parts arrived in one day, and once again scheduling thr installation was quick and easy. The free coffee in the waiting area was excellent-none of that watered down burnt garbage. Nick in the service center was very personable, and my car was done in an hour and fifteen minutes, when I had expected two hours. Great job! More
