From the moment I expressed interested to meeting Kevin at the door, the process was easy, clear and professional. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were listened to. I didn’t feel as though anything was being hidden from me or that there were sneaky fees at any point during the process. My price concerns were respected and my trade-in was valued fairly. All in all I felt as though Kevin and everyone else who worked with me wanted me to find the best vehicle for me, and not just the one that would make the most money.
