We were upside down on our trade in, we were in need of a low monthly payment, and were undecided on who we were going to finance through. Mike Kelly gave us every option possible, and when we were undecided and ready to move on, he kept making the deal sweeter- he even encouraged us to take the Durango to the Ford dealership and compare them side by side; He said there was no way I would get a better deal, and he was right. I am not sure how we walked away with such a good deal, but its the first time I have walked away from buying a car and not feeling like I was ripped off. As far as the financing process goes, it couldn't have been easier. They beat our credit union rates, we signed some paperwork, they filled the gas tank and we were on our way. More
